We Give YOU the License to BRAG!

BRAG! is a global online and annual print magazine for Influencers. It features powerful creators, innovators, experts, business owners and achievers from around the world, who will give you the license to (B)oldly (R)adically (A)chieve (G)oals.

BRAG! is on a mission to celebrate ideas, strategies, insights, tools, products and the amazing individuals creating them and using them to earn their BRAGGING RIGHTS.

  • From The Editor's Desk!

    Dear Influencer,

It is my pleasure to have you here.

I believe that anyone who has the power to create impact and motivate others to take inspired action deserves to be celebrated and has the right to BRAG.

After three strenuous years of trying to figure out, where exactly I was going with this vision. I am glad the dream is still alive, and we are ready for a complete takeover. But first, let's celebrate the DREAM.

To start, let me say that I never thought as an Actress, that I would one day publish a magazine - what for? Especially after being on the other side, gracing covers and being featured + interviewed in numerous magazines.

I dare say I struggled with deciding whether to keep this vision going, mostly because I want to be completely involved in the vetting and creation process (especially with my busy schedule), but with so much overwhelming content and information out there (many which would typically expire within days or from issue to issue), it was becoming increasingly difficult to find straightforward, practical and actionable information, that aspiring achievers can use to thrive & earn their own bragging rights. Plus after all the hard work we put into accomplishing our personal goals, I realised so many of us, find it difficult to CELEBRATE and honor ourselves, for a job well done.

Hence, the birth of this baby - BRAG! - an online magazine and annual print for influencers, published each year with a monthly cover issue and an annual (B)old Winter Print Issue -- celebrating top influencers, innovators, business owners and creators from around the world who are (B)oldly (R)adically (A)chieving (G)oals and creating amazing impact, that will give you too, the license to BRAG.

The goal of BRAG! is to CELEBRATE ideas, strategies, insights, tools, products and the amazing individuals creating them and using them to earn their BRAGGING RIGHTS.

I really believe - that no matter whether a magazine is delivered to your doorstep or to your computer, printed on glossy stock or on cheap tabloid paper, appearing on your iPad or your cell-phone screen, it is still and foremost the work of an editorial team to create a beautiful and meaningful—package of ideas, words and images for YOU. And I am excited about the vision and our amazing VIP contributors.

As a writer myself, an avid reader, and all-around creative - I'm so excited about this baby, because - I know that no matter what monthly issue of BRAG! you read, or what year it was published, the information inside will ALWAYS stay relevant and valuable to you.

It is with that confidence that I invite you to join us on this amazing journey to create more impact in the world. You can check in, to read weekly articles in the journal, join our contributors or nominate an Influencer for our next cover issue. Don't forget to grab your copy of our Latest Issue of BRAG!.

    To Your Greatness,

    Stay Authentic & Keep Winning!

The arbitration may be conducted in person, through the submission of documents, by phone, or online. If conducted in person, the arbitration shall take place in the state or local Government where you reside. The parties may litigate in court to compel arbitration, to stay a proceeding pending arbitration, or to confirm, modify, vacate, or enter judgement on the award entered by the arbitrator. The parties shall cooperate in good faith in the voluntary and informal exchange of all non-privileged documents and other information (including electronically stored information) relevant to the Dispute immediately after commencement of the arbitration. As set forth in Section 18 below, nothing in this Agreement will prevent us from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction as necessary to protect our proprietary interests.
      17. Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the Dispute between us and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (i) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other; (ii) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class action-basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (iii) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons. YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST US ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
      18. Equitable Relief
You acknowledge and agree that in the event of a breach or threatened violation of our intellectual property rights and confidential and proprietary information by you, we will suffer irreparable harm and will therefore be entitled to injunctive relief to enforce this Agreement. We may, without waiving any other remedies under this Agreement, seek from any court having jurisdiction any interim, equitable, provisional, or injunctive relief that is necessary to protect our rights and property pending the outcome of the arbitration referenced above. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the personal and subject matter jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in Lagos, Nigeria for purposes of any such action by us.
      19. Miscellaneous
Our failure to act on or enforce any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision in this Agreement. No waiver shall be effective against us unless made in writing, and no such waiver shall be construed as a waiver in any other or subsequent instance. Except as expressly agreed by us and you in writing, this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter, and supersedes all previous or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties with respect to the subject matter. The section headings are provided merely for convenience and shall not be given any legal import. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of our successors, assigns, licensees, and sub-licensees.
